Applications for the Signature Program are available January-March and due the first Friday in April. Selection is complete in June and the class begins in August.

Criteria
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. There is no upper age limit.
Applicants must live, work, or be able to demonstrate a significant activity level in Oklahoma City.
