for the preschool to create greater awareness and create a database to track
alumni and a process by which to populate the database

Job Readiness Youth Program: Develop
a Job Readiness program for students who attend The Club at Crossings, an
after-school ministry for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students from John Marshall
High School. The goal of
The Club is to empower youth with skills they will need to be successful in
life. The outcomes are activities that help youth explore careers and plan to
prepare themselves for career entry.

an annual teen board program that would serve as a liaison for programming in
the secondary schools, possibly focusing on anti-graffiti, recycling, litter
pick-ups
